Howegroup conducted four consecutive years of client and partner experience surveys. We developed the experience measures, aligned with Accreditation standards, provided training to staff to support the implementation at multiple clinics, analyzed results, provided a final report, inclusive of a dashboard, and presented it to senior leadership and staff.

Howegroup worked with the BC Patient Safety and Quality Council during its inception. We conducted a robust environmental scan of the quality improvement landscape in BC and nationally. In addition to supporting the foundational strategic plan Howegroup has evaluated the Quality Academy, the Patient Voices Network and was instrumental in developing the Health Quality Matrix.

Howegroup conducted an impact evaluation for Health Canada’s Substance Use and Addictions Program, a program designed to develop/enhance practice guidelines, training and tools related to prescription drugs and prescriber education. The purpose of the evaluation was to assess collective project impact and to create a collective program performance story.
