Langley Care Society: Community Engagement And Strategic Planning

We engaged residents, families, front-line staff, leadership staff, health care providers, board members, community partners, and civic leaders to develop a current state analysis. The current state presented a picture of the internal capacities and external influences, including context specific to the City of Langley and Province of BC. Findings were integrated into a dynamic planning session facilitated by Howegroup in which the Board was engaged to develop a renewed three-year strategic plan.
