Alzheimer Society of BC: Strategic Planning

Howegroup conducted a collaborative engagement with the Alzheimer Society of B.C. with leadership, staff, people living with dementia, caregivers, and partners. A robust analysis of insights and perspectives was conducted to inform a revised strategic plan. Howegroup facilitated a retreat with the Board and senior leadership team to validate short-term priorities and to develop long-term priorities.
