Métis Nation BC: Strategic Planning

Howegroup was contracted to facilitate an all-day strategic planning session for the MNBC Cabinet. We engaged the entire Cabinet in advance, planned the agenda, and facilitated the online session. Consideration was given to Métis culture, and the session was respectful and built trust among participants. Howegroup skillfully brought differing perspectives together, and following the session, we created a briefing to inform the three-year strategic plan.
