BC Ministry of Health: Health and Human Services Library Transformation

The BC Ministry of Health engaged Howegroup to conduct an in-depth review of the Health and Human Services Library with the goal of enhancing long-term sustainability. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including an extensive operational and utilization review with leadership, staff, and partners. Collaborative recommendations were developed in consultation with staff and partners to align with Ministry priorities and goals. Additionally, a comprehensive international best practice review was conducted to develop a model for the Ministry to develop the province’s first in-house innovation hub.
